(Not so) Technical Bio:
I studied Electronics Civil Engineering at the Universidad de Tarapaca (UTA), Arica, Chile, but I wrote my final thesis at the School of Engineering of Odense (Odense Teknikum), Odense, Denmark.
In Odense, I decided to pursue an International Master's Degree in Robotics at the Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Institute, University of Southern Denmark, Odense, Denmark.
When I finished the M.Sc. Degree, I was lucky enough to be selected to pursue a Ph.D. Degree in Robotics and Modern Artificial Intelligence at the USD Modular Robotics Research Lab at the same institute. In parallel, I got an academic position at UTA waiting for me to finish my studies, and I also spent six months as a Ph.D. visiting student at the Cornell Creative Machines Lab, Cornell University, Ithaca, USA.
When I finished my Ph.D. Degree, I came back to my country, Chile. I am now trying to concrete my dreams of helping at the development of this part of the world. Not easy, but lots of fun!
